At Solution43 we understand that like investors, a one-size-fits all approach to reporting platforms does not fit the needs of investment advisory firms.
Through the years we too have experienced the issues with off-the-shelf solutions that limit the ways those solutions could be applied to our unique set of challenges.
As a result, Adviser Center’s platform is designed to be extended beyond the initial parameters such that a unique solution can be created for every client, but still retaining the cost/benefit of an off-the-shelf solution.
Full control is afforded for all aspects of the look-and-feel of reports while ensuring a firms DNA remains intact across all generated report sets.
Adviser Center's core functionality can be extended to provide a solution set that is specific to a firms unique client service vision.

Core Features:
Each core feature is designed to be robust in its deployment to ensure extremely high uptime and ready access to information. In addition, each feature is designed to facilitate extension and configuration to allow each client to have a solution set designed specifically for their business and client needs.
- Adviser Center Reporting
Reports can be created from nearly any type of information including text, and will be rendered on-demand through Adviser Center. Individual report pages can be viewed directly through your web browser to allow any-time access and facilitate review before final distribution.
All aspects of report design can be controlled including fonts, colors, graphics, headings, footers, and more. In addition a full range of chart types can be added to reports to present information to match your perspective.
- Adviser Dashboard
Each member of the team has their own dashboard that allows quick and easy reference to information within Adviser Center.
Dashboard elements can be configured to allow monitoring of report production during reporting cycles with a range of clients or client reports specified to match client to adviser relationships.
Support staff can also manage dashboard elements that alert them to client reports in specific states of review or readiness.
All dashboard elements are updated in real time to reflect the ebb-and-flow of processes or clients they are monitoring.
- Reporting Profiles
Reporting profiles allow unique, or personalized report sets to be created for each client. The profiles store the report preferences and related account codes to facilitate the production of reports through the administrator interfaces.
Utilizing profiles a client may have one or many views of their financial information stored and ready for re-use at any time. As a result personalization for clients is easily maintained and can be extended quickly when requirements change.
- Data Acquisition
Adviser Center's data acquisition engine is fully configurable, and can be adapted to any investment management platform that is available on the market.
Specific adaptations for Advent® Axys have been created to allow bidirectional integration with this platform.
Because of the data acquisition engines flexible architecture it can be extended to allow for the import of data from external data sources such as XML and Microsoft Excel.
- Report Production Automation
Adviser Center's production automation functions allow fine grained control of report production. Batches as large as 1000, or as small as 1 can be produced at the discretion of the administrator, while maintaining support for process visibility and status through the Adviser Dashboard.
The flexibility of the automation functions accommodate both single and multiple client-to-custodian relationships.
- PDF Rendering Engine
A key element of report quality is the ability render reports and report sets directly into Portable Document Format (pdf). The pdf rendering engine ensures that there are no intermediate steps involved in the creation of the electronic version of a report or report set. As a result, the finished product can be distributed to the client though any process they choose.
An additional benefit of native pdf rendering is that printing of reports and report sets can be done in lithographic quality by any qualified printer or printing service.
- Report Archive
All reports and report sets that are created in Adviser Center are maintained in their electronic format for as long as the firm decides to retain them.
Adviser Center can also be integrated into a firms over arching disaster recover plan to allow rapid recovery and re-deployment.
- Role Based Security Model
Role based security affords complete control of access to information as well as the ability to restrict which individuals have the privilage to make changes to reports, profiles, and other documents within Adviser Center.
The security model's flexiblity makes it possible to create just the right context of security your firm requires.
